Cars 2!

Cars 2 is a great movie ! I like it way better than the first Cars movie.:)

Fishing trip!

On Sunday, we went fishing! This was only my second fishing trip. One my first one, I didn't catch anything. We had so much fun! We fished for

3 hours! Here are the awards for this trip:

At the start, Ollie got one little fish. Then, I caught one. Right as I was trying to reel mine in, Rosie caught a little fish. That was enough chaos for the moment! But then it got crazier when Rosie ended up

catching 2 fish at

once: the little one and this huge 5 lb. large mouth bass. So it definitely was chaos! We guess that as Rosie was reeling in the little fish, the large mouth bass saw it and tried to catch it for it's own lunch. That is our "guess'' on the amazing 2 fish catch! The funny thing was that she caught both fish with a little Barbie fishing rod:) I had a GREAT time! I can't wait to go fishing some more!

Clara Barton Museum

Yesterday, we went to the Clara Barton museum. Actually, it was her house for the last couple of years of her long life. The house we went to see was also the Red Cross office. Rosie's recital went great! She played 2 songs. Ollie made a "special performance" there too. At the end they asked for the parents to play and Aunt Val did great!

Ollie's recital was terrific! He has natural talent!! As I said before! Ian played ''black keys and white keys.'' Hannah played her 2 songs again. The whole family did great! Hannah and Henry are terrific pianist!:)

Rosie's ballet recital!

Day 1 of my 2 week stay in Maryland. First thing: Rosie's 2nd ballet recital. Her group did a piece from Swan Lake. Swan Lake is my all time favorite ballet! She did wonderful and looked so grownup and beautiful. When they forgot the dance, everyone looked at her because she knew the dance tip-top perfect. She looked like Swan Princess and that suited it well. I miss dancing even though I just got out of a 2 wk. intensive ballet camp. :)

Christian Resolutions

I hope you all had a happy new year! I did. Last year, my preacher did a sermon on Christian Resolutions. Here are a few things to think about and try to work on this year:

1. Study a little every day (2 Timothy 2:15)

2. Attend worship and bible classes

3. Get involved (Romans 12:4-5)

4. Bring a soul to Christ (Matthew 28:19)

5. Grow closer to your family

6. Conquer sinful habits(Hebrews 12:1)

7. Look on the bright side

8. Pray (regularly, briefly, and with purpose)

Immigration 101

In Social Studies we did a Immigration unit. I learned alot about the 1900's immigrants. I had to research my families sheild/crest. I also made a family tree. On the last day of this unit, We dressed up as immigrants, and went trough the process. Here are a few pics of me after school dressed up.

I had the most wonderful Christmas ever!!! We finally had a white Christmas! The snow fell all day! I woke up at 5:30. I was so exited when I saw a pair of UGGS! I also got pair of toms, clothes, candy, a new Kavu purse, and a phone. I had unwrapped all of my presents. I was going to get my mom's presents, when she said she was getting coffee. I noticed a box not open. It didn't have a name on it. I picked up the box then it started ringing!! I knew for sure it was a phone!! I was so excited, I started screaming. Thank you, momma!! I hope all of you had a good Christmas!!! I know I did:)

War eagle all the way!

I went to the 2010 Iron bowl in the Bryant Denny Stadium. It was so fun!! My friend took me. Her whole family are Alabama fans, so I was the only tiger fan with them. I was nervous that we were gonna lose the game (thanks to the terrible 1st half). We came back in the 2nd half ,and won the game!!! I was so happy, but of course my friend wasn't. War eagle all the way!! Go tigers. I am proud to be a Auburn girl.:) Then stadium was humongous!!! Thanks for taking me!!
